After a party for which Sophia spends two days cooking, she takes ill, eventually thinking she’s going to have a heart attack. She starts to prepare for her passing, wanting to make her peace with her life. Needless to say, Dorothy is devastated at the prospect, even remarking that at her age, she’d still feel like an orphan if she lost her mother.
The paramedics can’t get to the house. But thankfully, the doctor can. He realizes that Sophia most likely is not having a heart attack, but a different ailment brought on by overeating. Fortunately, Sophia is going to be just fine.
