Rose finds herself out of a job due to the closing of her grief counseling center. Initially, she’s more worried that the most vulnerable from there continue to get help. Dorothy and Blanche try and make her see reason, trying to help her realize that she has to start looking for a job.

It turns out she has been looking and has even had a few dozen interviews, but to no luck so far. Rose starts feeling nervous. She is in the position so many of us can relate to, living paycheck-to-paycheck. She feels that she isn’t qualified for most jobs. Eventually, she does land back on her feet and is able to get a new job.
